About Me

This blog came about from a personal 9-11 or internal demolition in my life. At five-months pregnant, I started the TRUE and necessary inner work. Learning about my REAL-self while discovering how I was living and being a pseudo-version of myself. Through this demolition experience, I learned that there is Beauty @ ground zero. It is here that a fresh start and new foundation can be built. At ground-zero, I was able to reset my very own foundation.
